I take a laid-back, unobtrusive approach. I’ll guide you into activities that bring out natural connections, then step back and let the magic happen.
Whether it’s playful moments, quiet cuddles, or those unexpected bursts of laughter, I’m there to capture it all without interrupting. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, so the photos we create feel effortless and true to your family’s story.

As a storyteller, I’ll document every little piece of our time together —the cozy living room moments, your kids’ playful grins, close-ups of tiny hands, and everything in between.
I’m here to help every step of the way! I have a great session guide that gives you ideas and tips for creating an environment that allows us to document your family. But, I also have prompts, poses, and ideas in my back pocket to keep everything flowing!
We’re so happy with how you captured our little family. It was such a fun experience working with you, and you made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed.

I was so hesitant to do maternity photos and I’m so glad we did! I cried they’re beautiful!! You captured us beautifully. Thank you so much.

Your family’s energy is unique, filled with moments of love, laughter, and everyday magic. You deserve photos that reflect your true dynamic—celebrating you in your most real and vibrant moments, not just the perfectly posed ones.
These are the memories that belong in your family album, the ones you'll look back on and say, 'That is so perfectly us.'"

So, picture this: a physical roll of film goes into a vintage camera (mine is from 1988 to be exact), and each image is taken so intentionally because you have a limited amount. Sometimes you make a mistake or the focus isn’t as sharp, but it’s kind of the magic and nostalgia of film!
What I love about film is that it slows everything down, captures memories intentionally and imperfectly, and brings back waves of nostalgia for years.

Of course!! If we can get it, it's such a nice keepsake and completely understand the value of it! I always fit it in towards the middle or end of the session once kids have a chance to burn off some of that initial excited energy!
Kids will be kids! No, in all seriousness, we just give them a small break! I always recommend bringing some of their favourite toys, snacks, or games/music on hand for them for this reason. Then we can try again!
I know its hard but try to embrace the messy side of our session together! Allowing your child to run, play, and just have fun with you is how we get some great photos!
Of course! I have a pre-session guide, as well as a questionnaire to get to know you better and give you all the tips in my arsenal to make sure you have a great session!
Short answer: wherever you want!
I have a list of my favourite parks I can recommend, we can go to your house/backyard, and I also have a studio option if you're interested. You'll receive guidance from me based on how you fill out your form - activities your family loves to do, places you go, etc.!
No problem at all! We are 100% working around when your child is at their best! You let me know what times work best for your family and I can guide you based on the best light for the photography side of your session.
There's no wrong answer to this but I recommend aiming for the 7 month mark for maternity and the one week mark for newborn!
